Bring your skills to the 2020 Kenworth Dealer of the Year! Truck Enterprises, Inc. along with Kenworth Sales Co., a 35-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group, is looking for a Frame & Chassis Professional to join our Harrisonburg, VA team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of the Frame & Chassis Professional is to perform any required frame and chassis repairs to trucks. This includes frame straightening and repair, suspension work, front and rear-end alignment, and replacement of chassis-related parts.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates and maintains all frame and alignment equipment
- Inspects frame for severity of damage
- Removes any necessary parts
- Uses frame-straightening beam to make repairs
- Re-checks alignment using plum-bob
- Reassembles truck
- Makes repairs on steering components and all suspension components
- Makes any necessary alignment repairs, replacing appropriate parts
- Verifies alignment is correct
- Repairs or replaces airbags, bushings, etc., in order to complete overhaul of suspension as needed
- Maintains a clean work area and discards used parts
- Discards hazardous material in proper place

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three years of experience with frame and chassis repairs
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to interpret vendor catalogs
- Professional personal appearance
- Computer and technology proficient
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Excellent organization, communication, and managerial skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information
- High school diploma or the equivalent
