Bring your skills to the 2020 Kenworth Dealer of the Year! Truck Enterprises, Inc. along with Kenworth Sales Co., a 34-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group, is looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to join our Richmond, VA team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The function of the Facility Maintenance Manager is to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility and property, inside and outside at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily inspection of the property to identify areas of concern and form a plan of action  with the District Office Manager to address.
  • Ensure the restrooms are clean and dispensers are full at all times.
  • Empty waste receptacles as needed.
  • Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize hard floors as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize all sinks and sink fixtures as needed.
  • Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas and window seals as needed.
  • Keep kitchen clean including microwaves and coffee pots.
  • Maintain cleanliness exterior and interior windows.
  • Pressure wash building as needed
  • Building maintenance as needed (light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc.)
  • Keep parking area and landscaping free of debris including trash, weeds, leaves, pine tags, etc.
  • Assist all departments in maintaining the cleanliness of their areas, equipment, vehicles, etc.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Clearly legible handwriting.
  • Experience in Janitorial and general maintenance work.
